Ensure to wear a good support bra during Cardio
Cardiovascular exercise and high-impact sports such as aerobics and running can lead to loss of elasticity. As breasts are supported by ligaments, the stress due to vigorous exercise can result in decrease in elasticity. A good sports bra should:
